Papago Was Raising its Game (and Revenue Goals)

Papago, managed by OB Sports, is a Phoenix Arizona municipal golf course. Set on 110 acres with a backdrop of the Papago Buttes, the course has been a Valley favorite since 1963.

Daryl Crawford, General Manager, was passionate about exceeding his guests’ expectations of what traditional municipal golf looks and feels like. Papago had invested in a new clubhouse, restaurant and event pavilion, and had become the new home of the Arizona State University golf teams. These upgrades put new expectations on the course’s business performance.
