The December 2019 golf data report for New York City saw Occupancy decrease 7.6% to 14.5% compared to December 2018. The Average Rate per Round rose 10.5% to $26.29 bringing the Revenue per Available Round in at $ 3.82, a 2.7% increase. The Channel Mix fell 2.2% to 74.1%.

The December 2019 year-to-date performance shows a 2.1% increase in Occupancy to 39.5% compared to the December 2018 year-to-date data. The Average Rate per Round fell 5.8% to $35.55 which brought the Revenue per Available Round down 3.4% to $14.05. The Channel Mix fell 1.6% to 78.3%.
