The December 2019 golf data report for Myrtle Beach, South Carolina saw Occupancy improve 37.7% to 32.9% compared to December 2018. The Average Rate per Round rose 1.8% to $28.43 bringing the Revenue per Available Round in at $9.35, a 40.3% increase. The Channel Mix rose 0.6% to 84.7%.
The December 2019 year-to-date performance shows a 5.0% increase in Occupancy to 46.2% compared to the December 2018 year-to-date data. The Average Rate per Round fell 1.4% to $41.18 which brought the Revenue per Available Round up 3.3% to $19.00. The Channel Mix rose 1.8% to 71.9%.
