Orlando Market – September 2019
The September 2019 golf data report for Orlando, Florida saw Occupancy improve 2.6% to 39.5% compared to September 2018. The Average Rate per Round fell 1.2% to $24.43 bringing the Revenue per Available Round in at $ 9.65, a 2.1% increase. The Channel Mix rose 3.0% to 96.2%.
The September 2019 year-to-date performance shows a 12.6% increase in Occupancy to 46.6% compared to the September 2018 year-to-date data. The Average Rate per Round rose 4.3% to $31.78 which brought the Revenue per Available Round up 17.5% to $14.79. The Channel Mix rose 0.3% to 93.5%.
